The VIB-4a computer vibration and noise measuring instrument adopts the vibration method recommended by ISO/TR7849, and meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T16539-1996 "Acoustic vibration velocity method for determining the power level of noise sources - Measurement for enclosed machines" for measuring instruments. The VIB-4 computer vibration and noise measuring instrument adopts advanced computer technology, controlled by a microcontroller to control all buttons, and switches relevant circuits through analog switches. This greatly reduces mechanical contacts, thus avoiding problems such as loosening and poor contact of mechanical components, and improving the accuracy and reliability of the instrument itself.
Due to the fact that we set the vibration radiation efficiency index curves of motors, appliances, and refrigerators obtained from experiments in the form of a weighted network in the vibration meter, the sound power level of the machine can be directly measured (and any limit within the measurement range can also be alerted for exceeding the standard value).
