Working Principle
The CY-Y series oil pump motor assembly is an electromechanical integrated component composed of the CY14-1B series axial piston pump and the Y series asynchronous motor. It is composed of various CY-Y types of oil pump motor units based on the specifications of CY14-1B oil pump and Y series electric motor. Compared with the traditional oil pump motor transmission device, it eliminates the coupling and oil pump support, reduces the installation base plate by more than 1/2, and reduces the axial total length by 1/3-1/4. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, low vibration, low noise, and easy use. Widely used in hydraulic equipment driven by asynchronous motors for oil pumps in machine tools, forging, mining, metallurgy, ships, and injection molding machines.
