1、 Purpose:
This machine is mainly used to measure the wear rate of stone materials.

2、 Structure

4、 Usage method
1. Before testing, it is necessary to check whether the circuit is intact (the input power must be three flames). Press the jog button to check whether the drum rotates normally (in the direction of the arrow on the drum, if the rotation direction is opposite, swap the two phase live wires in the input 380V to change). At the same time, reset the LED display screen to zero and adjust the preset dip switch to the test frequency. Press the start button to start working. If there are special circumstances, press the "pause" button to stop the machine from working. After the fault is eliminated, press the "start" button again to restore the machine to work
2. Load the crushed stones and steel balls for the experiment into the cylinder, seal the cover, tighten the screws, and start the instrument to rotate 500 or 1000 revolutions before automatically stopping. At this time, the discharge port is in the upper middle position, which is convenient for opening the sealing cover. After opening the cover, press the jog button to turn the discharge port downwards, release the button to stop the test tube, and remove the specimen.
3. Use a 2mm diameter circular hole sieve or a 1.7mm side length square hole sieve to remove the stone chips from the sample, rinse the remaining crushed stones with water, dry and weigh them accurately.

5、 Calculation method
1. Calculate the stone wear rate accurately to 0.1% as follows
Q Grinding G1-G2/G1 × 100%
In the formula: Q grinding - wear rate of stone material%
Q1- Original weight of crushed stones loaded into the cylinder (g)
G2- Weight after washing and drying, g
2. The average value of the two experiments should not exceed 2% of the error, otherwise the experiment should be repeated.
