The WTZK-02 temperature controller is suitable for measuring the temperature of transformer oil or other liquids, gases, and vapors, and can issue contact signals when the measured temperature reaches or exceeds the set value. This instrument is mainly used for measuring and controlling the oil temperature of transformers above 500KVA. The main structure of the controller consists of a temperature sensing probe, capillary tube, and elastic element. The sealing system composed of these three components is filled with a temperature sensing medium. When the measured temperature changes, the liquid pressure inside the temperature pack changes accordingly, and the elastic element of the meter head produces a corresponding displacement through the transmission of the capillary tube. This displacement can be mechanically amplified to indicate the measured temperature and drive the micro switch to operate and output a signal.
