1、 Overview:
The RAS intelligent speedometer adopts an adaptive synchronous frequency and cycle measurement method, which can detect ultra-low speeds from 0.050Hz to 3.000Hz, as well as various speeds within 0-10000Hz. It has two relay outputs and a 4-20mA standard signal output. It is a new generation of speed measurement instrument with a single-chip microprocessor as the main chip. This speed measuring instrument can be matched with various speed sensors such as proximity switches, Hall sensors, and photoelectric sensors to measure speed, linear velocity, flow rate, and angular velocity. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, energy, light industry, textile, electronics, machinery, and automotive.
The full range of 4-20mA analog output of this intelligent speedometer can be set through panel keys, making the instrument a truly intelligent digital tachometer. This tachometer can be matched with corresponding photoelectric speed sensors, magneto electric speed sensors, magnetic sensitive speed sensors, and Hall speed sensors for ultra-low speed, medium high speed, high speed, ultra high speed, and full speed measurement control. Ultra low speed measurement, mainly used for speed measurement and control of air preheater.

3、 RAS intelligent speedometer wiring method:

+12V and 0V provide DC power to the sensor; Connect the sensor signal to S1;
I+and I - are 4-20mA current outputs;
J1J2 is the output terminal of the relay's normally open contact;
AC, 220V is the AC 220V power input terminal for the instrument.
