HR-150DT Rockwell hardness tester

The HR-150A electric Rockwell hardness tester adopts an automatic loading and unloading test force mechanism, equipped with a potentiometer that can adjust the total test force holding time. The test force transformation is obtained by the rotation of the variable load handwheel, so the operation is simple and fast. Except for the dial being zeroed, there is no human operation error, and it has high sensitivity and stability, suitable for workshops and laboratories.

Rockwell hardness is suitable for hardness measurement of various metal materials. Its testing principle is to press the indenter into the surface of the specimen under the action of the initial test force and the total test force, remove the main test force, and measure the residual depth of the indentation when retaining the initial test force.
