HBS-62.5 Small Load Brinell Hardness Tester

The HBS-62.5 digital small load Brinell hardness tester is a high-tech product that integrates optics, mechanics, and electronics. The machine has a novel design, good reliability, operability, and intuitiveness, filling the gap in domestic small load Brinell hardness testers.

This machine adopts computer software programming, optical measurement system, photoelectric sensing and other technologies. Through soft key input, it can adjust the strength of the measuring light source, select the holding time, file number and storage, and provide various hardness value conversion tables for easy reference. On the LCD large screen display, the test method, test force, measured indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, measurement frequency, and the ability to input year, month, date, test results, and data processing can be displayed. The results can be output through a printer and connected to a computer via RS232 interface.

The hardness tester can be equipped with a photography device, which can capture images of the measured indentation and material metallographic structure. It is suitable for measuring cast iron, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, as well as various annealed and quenched steels. Especially for softer metals such as pure aluminum, lead, and tin, the hardness measurement is more accurate, making it an ideal hardness testing instrument for research institutions, enterprises, and quality inspection departments to conduct research and testing.
