1. Mainly used in KYN28A switchgear, with a cabinet width of 650mm. Compared with circuit breaker cabinets, except for changes in cabinet width, contact box, and contact box installation position, all other dimensions remain unchanged.
The position of the main busbar and other dimensions of the cabinet are consistent with the KYN28A circuit breaker cabinet.
2. Simple and reasonable structure, easy to assemble. The high and low voltage circuits are arranged in a front to back manner, and the power transmission adopts a T-shaped lever transmission. The operating power is an electromagnet. The wiring terminal adopts the pull back spring wiring terminal produced by PHOENIX, which is convenient and reliable for wiring. 3. The whole machine has a small volume and light weight; The center distance between phases is 120mm, and the weight is about 25 kilograms. The compact lock design of the mechanical holding vacuum contactor ensures that the external dimensions of the mechanical holding vacuum contactor are consistent with those of the electrical holding vacuum contactor. The maximum external dimensions are: width x height x depth: 360mm x 334mm x 322mm. Currently, the smaller JCZ2 6kV vacuum contactor in China has external dimensions of: width x height x depth 380mm x 296mm x 415mm. The JCZ6 10kV vacuum contactor has external dimensions of: width x height x depth: 390mm x 430mm x 330mm.
4. Fuses are easy to replace.
5. Design a mechanical locking device for the opening position of the vacuum contactor to prevent it from closing incorrectly due to vibration or other external forces. This device enables the vacuum contactor to only perform electric closing and can limit the rebound of opening. 6. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is located inside the insulation cylinder and can prevent dust.
7. The operating interface is consistent with the KYN28A circuit breaker cabinet.
8. The interlocking structure is simple, practical, and reliable.
9. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is located inside a three pole integrated insulation cylinder, which enables the main circuit insulation cylinder structure to improve the electric field distribution and make it as uniform as possible.
