The S60 S100 1500 series digital display pressure (micro pressure) gauge uses a pressure sensor with excellent stability as the detection element, a 4-digit LED display, and copper or stainless steel interfaces that are compatible with multiple media. The main applications include factory automation control and liquid level measurement in industries such as petrochemicals, hydraulic machinery, pharmaceuticals, power stations, and environmental protection.
With 4-20mA, 0-10mA, 0-5V, 1-5V and other transmission signal outputs, the on-site pressure can be remotely transmitted to the place you need.

Installation and use:
Internal electric: S60-ND, S100-ND, and 1505-ND series
Firstly, install the pressure gauge on the pipeline or equipment pressure port. If the battery is low, the display will show the word "LOBAT" to remind you to charge. Our company provides an instrument application charger. When charging, unscrew the nut on top, which is the charging socket inside. After charging, tighten the nut to prevent water damage. Adjust the device settings. If there is some deviation in the zero point under conditions that cannot be calibrated, first unscrew the panel cover and adjust the ZERO screw to make the LCD display show zero. (Note that when adjusting the zero position, the pressure gauge must be disconnected from the pressure interface and connected to the atmosphere.)
External power type: S60, S100, A50 series
Firstly, install the instrument on the pipeline or equipment pressure port, then connect the power supply to the instrument power supply terminal and input a voltage of 220V. The working voltage inside the instrument is 12V. After power on, the instrument will display the measured pressure value.
Micro pressure instruments may have slight zero point deviations due to atmospheric pressure, altitude, and temperature effects. You can turn left to open the gauge cover, adjust the ZERO screw, so that the instrument displays 0.00 and the "-" flashes (note that when adjusting to zero, the pressure display gauge interface must be disconnected and connected to the atmosphere)
SPAN is a full range adjustment screw and can only be calibrated with detection equipment.
The interface is a flat flange. For flat membrane pressure measuring instruments, please do not manually squeeze, tap or touch the diaphragm with sharp objects, as this may cause permanent damage to the instrument.
