BR16/3 High Voltage Standard Capacitor
1、 Overview
The BR16/3 high-voltage standard capacitor can be used as a high-voltage measurement standard for AC power bridges.
As a standard for high-voltage capacitors.
2、 Technical data
1. The working voltage is 10000 volts.
2. The capacitance between the high and low voltage terminals of the capacitor is measured at the calibrated value (1 ± 0.5%) by the micrometer method, and the tangent of the dielectric loss angle is not greater than 0.00005.
3. Size and weight
The size of the standard capacitor is 150 × 150 × 330 millimeters, and the weight of the standard capacitor is not more than 3 kilograms.
4. High voltage standard capacitors, using high operating voltage, filled with sulfur hexafluoride gas (SF6), with a simple, lightweight, and portable structure.
3、 Usage and storage
1. Standard capacitors are used when the ambient air temperature ranges from+10 ℃ to 35 ℃ and the relative humidity is between 30 ℃ and 80 ℃.
When working with a high-voltage AC bridge, follow Figure 2 for the positive wiring method and Figure 3 for the reverse wiring method.
3. Regular inspection: To ensure the correctness of the bridge operation, it is best to conduct the following regular inspections. At least twice a year, the insulation between the plates of the standard capacitor should be tested. To achieve this, the voltage should be input to its high voltage terminal, and the terminals "Low Voltage" and "E" should be connected to each other and grounded for testing at a voltage of 15000 volts for 5 minutes.
4. Capacitors should be stored in a well ventilated warehouse with ambient air temperature ranging from+10 ℃ to 35 ℃ and relative humidity below 30-80%. There should be no corrosive or harmful impurities in the air.
