Product Overview:
The LQGB series high viscosity insulation pump is an advanced viscous liquid transfer pump, which is used for the transfer of high-temperature viscous, thin and thick suspended liquids and floating liquids. It has the functions of insulation, heating and overpressure control.
This pump is specifically designed for transporting liquids that require heating, insulation, and heavy viscosity. It is designed, processed, structurally simple, and easy to use and maintain, and belongs to the positive displacement internal gear pump. The pump adopts a combination of positive displacement rotor and idler gear, which provides the advantages of large required delivery volume, stable flow rate, low noise, small internal leakage, good sealing performance, and compact structure. The performance and technical indicators of the pump are significantly higher than those of similar domestic products.

The positive displacement rotor and idler combination of LQGB pump has a good buffering effect during operation, which can achieve low shear and no oil shock liquid needs to be delivered. The tooth shape of the internal gear is crown tooth shape, and the "inlet volume" of the internal gear pump chamber is surrounded by the crescent shaped wall surface of the pump body and the tooth surfaces of the two liquid sealing surfaces. During the continuous rotation of the gear, pressure liquid is generated to achieve the desired delivery.
This pump has a "forced locking" function that can accurately position the sub and shaft, reduce wear, and extend service life. The pump is equipped with a complete valve, which can protect the system from damage caused by overpressure and automatically overflow. When the pump is reversed, the valve should be installed in reverse, and the safety valve nut must face the suction port.
For the convenience of connecting the inlet and outlet of the pump, the pump housing can rotate eight angles on the bracket.
