1 Purpose
Used in the control circuit for implementing three-phase primary reclosing on transmission lines.

Overview of Structure 2
This relay consists of a time relay (DS-112C type, as the time element JS), an electrical code relay (as the intermediate element JZ), and resistance and capacitance elements. They are fixed on an insulated mounting plate, which in turn is fixed on a metal base. The mounting plate is equipped with a metal shell, which is fastened to the base by screws. A dust isolation pad is attached between the shell and the base to ensure sealing. Glass is embedded on the upper part of the metal shell, allowing for inspection of the device's operation from the outside.
Relays can be wired before or after the board.
Internal wiring diagram of relay, Figure 1.

Figure 1 Internal wiring diagram of DH-1 relay (back view)

3 Technical data
3.1 The rated voltage of the relay is DCll0V, 220V.
3.2 The rated current of the relay (rated holding current of the intermediate component current winding JZ (1)) is 0.25A; 0.5A; 1A˙2A˙ 4A﹝
3.3 At rated voltage, when the ambient temperature is 20 ± 5 ⊥ and the relative humidity is not greater than 70%, the time for the capacitor to charge to the necessary voltage for the intermediate component (the interval time for one reclosing) is within the range of 15s-25s.
3.4 At 70% rated voltage, when the ambient temperature is 20 ± 5 ⊥ and the relative humidity is not greater than 70%, the relay should ensure reliable operation. At this time, the time for the capacitor to charge to the voltage necessary for the intermediate components to operate can be extended to 2 minutes.
When there is no voltage in the intermediate component voltage winding and the current winding flows through the rated current, the armature remains in the engaged position.
After the intermediate component contacts JZl and JZ (I) of the relay are connected in series at rated voltage, it should be ensured that a current of 8 times the rated current (not greater than 8A) can be connected for 5 seconds, and there should be no traces of melting or adhesion on the contacts thereafter.
At rated voltage, the power consumption of the intermediate component current winding JZ (1) should not exceed 1.35W.
The delay adjustment range of the 3.8 time element is 0.25s to 3.5s.
The coil of the time element connected in series with an additional resistor should be able to withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time.
3.10 Dielectric strength: Each circuit of the relay should withstand a voltage of 2kV between the exposed non charged metal parts, and conduct an AC 50Hz test for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
The weight of the 3.11 device shall not exceed 5kg.
3.12 The external dimensions and opening dimensions are shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3.

Figure 2: Dimensions of DH-1 Relay

Figure 3: Hole size of DH-1 relay

The parameters of each component inside the 3.13 relay are given in Table 1.

Purpose:
The JCH-2 series static reclosing relay is used in transmission lines to cooperate with relay protection devices to achieve three-phase primary reclosing.
Features:
2.1 Static relays composed of digital integrated circuits.
2.2 Adopting a crystal oscillation time loop, the delay action time error is small and the consistency is good.
2.3 The preparation time for a reclosing is not determined by the conventional capacitor charging circuit, but by a pulse timing circuit. Therefore, the preparation time for the action is constant at 20 seconds (internally adjustable to 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 24 seconds, and adjusted to 20 seconds when the product leaves the factory), which is not affected by voltage changes and environmental temperature, improving the reliability of the action.
2.4 The outlet relay adopts a small charged current self holding type, without using mechanical time mechanism and large volume charging capacitors and resistors, so the relay has a small volume and light weight.

JCH-2 series static reclosing relay model name:
Relays are equivalent to replacing old products. The model comparison table is shown in Table 1
Note: If the export relay uses a large capacity intermediate relay, please specify it when ordering.

Working Principle:
The schematic diagram is shown in Figure 1:
The relay adopts imported CMOS digital and logic integrated circuits. When the relay is connected to the DC power supply, a pulse forming circuit starts timing. After 20 seconds, the preparation light is on, and the reclosing preparation is completed, allowing reclosing. If the transmission line is in normal condition, the relay remains in the above prepared action state. When a fault occurs in the transmission line and the circuit breaker trips, the reclosing will be initiated. After a delay setting, the driving output relay will be triggered, and its current holding circuit will be maintained until the circuit breaker is closed. At the same time, a pulse forms a circuit reset. If the transmission line is experiencing a temporary fault, after the circuit breaker is successfully closed, a pulse will form a circuit to re time and the relay will be in a ready to operate state again. If there is a permanent fault in the transmission line, the reclosing will not be successful and the circuit breaker will trip for the second time. However, this period of time is much shorter than the 20 second countdown time for a pulse to form a circuit, so the relay is guaranteed not to operate.
The relay can be externally locked through the locking terminal to prevent reclosing, and the relay preparation light will not light up at this time.

Usage:
6.1 After the relay is connected to the DC power supply for 20 seconds, the indicator light is ready to light up and the relay is in normal working condition.
6.2 The delay setting of the reclosing action adopts a two digit 8421 code digital dial switch, and the formula for time setting is t=0.1 × MN (s).
There are two sets of two digit switches on the JCH-2C type reclosing relay panel. The upper set of digital switches sets the reclosing delay time (J3), and the lower set of digital switches sets the J relay delay time (J2, J4). The time setting formula is t=0.1 × MN (s).

Main technical parameters:
8.1 DC rated voltage: 48V, 110V, 220V.
8.2 Closing current: 0.5A, 1A, 2A, 5A.
8.3 Delay range: 0.1-9.9s, with a difference of 0.1s.
The interval time for one reclosing is 20s ± 0.05s.
8.5 Under rated conditions, at any point within the delay range, the absolute value of delay error shall not exceed (0.1%+10ms), and the absolute value of delay consistency shall not exceed (0.1%+10ms).
8.6 Power consumption shall not exceed 5W.
8.7 Dielectric Strength
The circuits of the relay and the exposed non-conductive metal and shell should be able to withstand an effective value of 2Kv, 50Hz AC voltage for 1 minute, and there should be no insulation breakdown or flashover phenomenon.
8.8 Contact breaking capacity
Under the conditions of current not exceeding 2A and voltage not exceeding 250V, the external output contact can disconnect a DC inductive load of 50W with a time constant of 5ms ± 0.75ms.
8.9 Working conditions
a) The usage location does not allow explosive media, and the surrounding media should not contain corrosive metals, gases that damage insulation, or conductive media. It is not allowed to be filled with water vapor or have serious mold presence;
b) Strong vibrations and impacts are not allowed in the usage location;
c) The usage location should have facilities to defend against rain, snow, wind, and sand;
d) The usage location does not allow an external magnetic induction intensity exceeding 1.5mT.
8.10 Electrical anti-interference relays shall comply with GB7261 and GB6261 "Electrical anti-interference tests for static relays and protective devices".

JCH-2 series static reclosing relay back wiring diagram:

Relay external dimensions and opening dimensions:
The JCH-2A relay adopts an upward protruding fixed structure, and its external dimensions and installation hole dimensions are shown in Appendix Figure 1;
The JCH-2B relay adopts an A-Ji protruding plug-in structure (code JK-3), and its external dimensions and installation hole dimensions are shown in Appendix Figure 2;
The JCH-2C relay adopts an A-Ji protruding plug-in structure (code JK-3), and its external dimensions and installation hole dimensions are shown in Appendix Figure 2;
The JCH-2D relay adopts the Xuji embedded plug-in structure (code A32K), and its external dimensions and installation hole dimensions are shown in Appendix Figure 3.

Ordering instructions:
9.1 Product model and name;
9.2 Rated voltage and closing current;
9.3 Order quantity;
9.4 If there are special requirements, please specify.
Purpose:
JCH-1A reclosing relay is used for automatic reclosing in transmission lines. If the fault is temporary, it can be restored to operation. If the fault is permanent, it will trip again after overlapping.

Relay model name:

Working Principle:
Relays are composed of electronic components such as transistors, voltage regulators, operational amplifiers, resistors, capacitors, and intermediate relays. All components are installed on a printed circuit board. There are time setting dial switches and DIP switches installed on the nameplate of the relay.
Relays are composed of integrated circuits and electronic components. The delay time setting circuit adopts the linear integral timing principle, and the preparation time for one closing circuit adopts the RC charging timing principle. The principle diagram is shown in Figure 1.
The delay setting circuit adopts two 8421 code digital dial switches and DIP switches for setting. The K1 dial switch time is set to (1-9) seconds, and the K2 dial switch time is set to (0.1-0.9) seconds. The formula for time setting is t=tn * (1+M.N)+10ms. Tn is the data of DIP switch, MN is the data of K1 and K2, as shown in Figure 2.
After the relay is powered on, the RC in the closing circuit starts charging. After (17-25) seconds, the preparation light comes on and the relay is in the preparation closing state. After the delay setting of the closing start signal, a closing circuit is triggered, the outlet relay is activated, and self-protection is carried out by the current coil.

Main technical parameters:
6.1 Rated voltage: DC 110V, 220V.
6.2 Closing current: 0.5A, 1A, 2A, 4A.
6.3 Delay range: 0.11s-17.45s, with a grading difference of 0.1s.
6.4 Relay delay setting value with a delay consistency of less than 1 second shall have an absolute value of no more than 20ms. The relative value of delay consistency with a delay consistency of no less than 1 second shall not exceed 1%.
6.5 The minimum holding current is 50% of the rated value.
6.6 The interval between one reclosing is between 17-25 seconds.
6.7 Closing pulse width 200ms (positive and negative deviation 20ms).
6.8 The relay can start the reclosing time setting circuit for positive and negative power sources (determined by user requirements) and lock the reclosing circuit for negative power sources.
6.9 Power consumption
See figure
The dynamic contact of the 6.10 electric life relay should be able to disconnect no more than 250V and no more than 1A, and the contact should reliably operate no less than 1000 times in a DC circuit with a capacity of 30W and an inductive load (time constant 5ms ± 0.75ms). The long-term allowable current for connection is 2A, and the allowable time for the current self-protection circuit at rated current is 10s.
6.11 The following parts of the dielectric strength relay should be able to withstand an effective value of the AC voltage specified in the table below, with a frequency of 50Hz, for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
6.12 The anti-interference performance complies with the provisions of ZBK-33004 "General Technical Conditions for Automatic Electrical Appliances and Devices for Power System Protection".

JCH-1A type reclosing relay back wiring diagram:

JCH-1A type reclosing relay external dimensions and opening dimensions:

Refer to Figures 2 and 6 in the protruding modular insertion structure.

Ordering instructions:
8.1 Indicate the model, rated voltage, and closing current of the relay.
8.2 Polarity of starting voltage (starting from positive or negative power supply).
