1、 Product Overview

The VQM series electric actuator is a new generation of intelligent, digital, fully Chinese menu display, and remote control electric actuator developed based on the introduction of ROTORK technology A and M series electric actuators from the UK, using the most advanced large-scale digital integrated circuit available today. The new generation of intelligent VQM series electric actuator can be quickly set, checked, and queried non invasively through an independent setter. The actuator adopts a graphical dot matrix LCD display, which displays the working status and alarms of torque, valve position, limit setting, etc. in Chinese, numbers, and graphics, greatly facilitating user operation and use. This actuator has automatic protection and explosion-proof functions. Even in hazardous areas, adjustment and fault diagnosis can be carried out without opening the electric box cover of the working actuator. The use of fieldbus communication cards can form a fully distributed computer collaborative work system, enabling remote communication, remote data collection, remote diagnosis, and maintenance. The VQM series actuator is a continuous adjustment type actuator that can operate at a frequency of 1200 starts per hour and a 50% continuity rate below the rated adjustment torque. This series actuator has higher positioning accuracy than the VQ series actuator. The VQM series can well meet the requirements of the vast majority of industrial fields for closed-loop automatic control loop execution units. When selecting the VQM actuator, the torque required for the valve's mid stroke should not exceed 33.3% of the corresponding rated adjustment torque.
The output of the basic VQM actuator is a multi turn type, suitable for driving straight stroke valves such as regulating valves. When the VQM actuator needs to output angular stroke, our company's VGW series worm gear box can be selected. The VQM series actuator is assembled with the VGW gearbox and can output 0-90 ° angular stroke. The rated torque range of this combination is 470N. m~51500N. m, which can fully meet the practical requirements of industrial applications.
When the basic VQM actuator drives a straight stroke valve and the output torque is insufficient, our company's VGD series multi turn worm gear box can be used; For situations where it is necessary to drive angular stroke valves such as ball valves and butterfly valves, we can choose the VGW series angular stroke worm gear box produced by our company.
