Greatly facilitating user operation and usage. The VQ series actuator is an intermittent working actuator, suitable for situations where the number of starts per hour does not exceed 60 times. When selecting, it should also be noted that for valves with longer travel times, when choosing VQ actuators, the average torque required for the valve's mid stroke should not exceed 33% of the rated torque. The continuous working time of the VQ series actuator is 15 minutes, and the ratio of continuous working time to gap time is 33.3%. If frequent activation of the actuator is required, please choose our VQM series actuator.
The basic VQ actuator is a multi turn type, suitable for driving straight stroke valves such as gate valves. When high torque is required, our company's VGD series multi turn worm gear box can be selected; For situations where it is necessary to drive angular stroke valves such as ball valves and butterfly valves, we can choose the VGW series angular stroke worm gear box produced by our company. The above two series of worm gearboxes have both primary and secondary reduction options, with transmission ratios of 1:40, 1:60, and 1:70 for primary reduction; The secondary reduction transmission ratio is above 1:80, which is achieved by installing a pair of cylindrical gears or bevel gears inside the worm gear box for reduction.
