I. Overview
VA electric actuator is a new generation of intelligent, digital, fully Chinese menu display, and remote control electric actuator developed based on the introduction of ROTORK technology A and M series electric actuators from the UK, using the most advanced ultra large scale digital integrated circuit available today. Its non-invasive design features a magnetic induction control knob without a through shaft passing through the control box; Non contact debugging: using an infrared handheld setting device to set the operation of the electric device, truly eliminating the need to open the cover for debugging; Double sealed structure: When the junction box is opened during installation and debugging, the interior of the electric device still receives good sealing protection. The waterproof design enables the electric device to operate normally within 48 hours of being submerged in water;
Torque protection: The protection torque can be set arbitrarily within the range of 40% to 120% of the rated torque, and the protection values for the opening and closing directions can be different to protect the valve and the electric device itself;
Valve position limit protection: When this function is allowed, the electric device will automatically stop running when it reaches the set valve position limit;
Power phase loss protection: Real time detection of power phase loss in dynamic situations during operation to prevent motor phase loss operation;
Electronic latch protection: Within 5 seconds of the start signal, the torque protection function is automatically disabled to obtain maximum output torque and open the stuck valve. If the valve cannot be operated during this period, the motor power will be automatically cut off and an alarm will be triggered to protect the motor of the electric device;
Motor overheat protection: There are two thermal relays inside the motor coil, which automatically cut off the motor power supply when the motor overheats;
Electrical protection: Both input and output channels adopt photoelectric isolation;
Valve position and torque detection: Hall effect magnetic pulse signals are used to detect valve position, and the current and magnetic flux of the motor are used to continuously measure torque. Completely eliminate mechanical wear, stable and reliable;
Automatic phase sequence adjustment: Automatically detect the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply connected, and adjust the phase sequence automatically through logical operation, without the need for users to consider the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply connected;

Valve position digital display: During the opening or closing process of the electric device, the valve position changes are displayed in real-time on the LCD screen in numerical percentage form.
Power off data storage: After the main power supply loses power, the detection circuit is powered by the battery and supports valve position detection during handwheel operation. When there is no battery, the current valve position can still be effectively saved even when the main power supply loses power;
Handwheel operation: The driving handwheel can provide reliable emergency manual operation in case of power failure. Due to the design prioritizing electric operation, it automatically switches to electric operation mode when powered on (except when intentionally locked in manual operation);
Explosion proof structure: designed according to GB3836 standard, with sufficient length of explosion-proof joint surface and good sealing performance. At the wire inlet, there are threads for installing explosion-proof pipes;
Low inertia high torque motor: Adopting a low inertia high torque motor, it quickly reaches its peak value when starting. Extremely small out of limit motion when not excited;

3、 Widely applicable scope
3.1 Multi turn control valve
The VA series multi turn switch type electric device is suitable for starting no more than 60 times per hour, with a maximum continuous working time of no more than 15 minutes, and a ratio of continuous work to stop work of no more than 33%. The VA series electric device, when combined with VIS and VGD multi turn gearboxes, can control larger gate valves and globe valves. The gearbox transmission ratio is 4:1, 6:1, 10:1, 40:1, 60:1, 70:1 or greater, and can achieve a large output torque.

3.2 Control of Linear Motion Valves
The VA series electric device, when combined with the ZX type linear drive component, can directly drive valves that move in a straight line and is often used to control on-off valves.
3.3 Control the 0-90 ° rotary valve in conjunction with the gearbox
The VA series electric device, when paired with an RGW type 90 degree angular travel gearbox, can control valves with angular travel ranging from 0 to 90 degrees. The gearbox transmission ratio is 40:1, 60:1, 70:1 or greater, and can also achieve a large output torque.
