I. Overview
As an important on-site control device in the self-control system, the angular stroke electric actuator adopts a direct connection structure and can be easily matched with rotary valves (such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves) and air door baffles. Its output angular displacement is 0-110 ° or other angles, and it can be widely used in industrial sectors such as power plants, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, water conservancy, machinery, light industry, fire protection, and environmental protection. The VJ series electric actuator has a simple design and compact structure, covering 13 varieties and specifications. It can provide the most reasonable solution within the output torque range of 60N. m to 2500 N. m.
This series of electric actuators is intelligent and can be equipped with various functional configurations by adding options according to user requirements, meeting the requirements of various industrial process controls.
The standard shell and box treated with phosphating and coating can adapt to corrosive working environments, while the explosion-proof and pressure resistant products provided in the form of options can be used in hazardous working environments such as Zone 1 and Zone 2 of IIA and IIB T1-T4 explosive mixtures.

2、 Characteristics of VJ series electric actuators
LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)
The LCD screen displays the real-time opening size of the valve in digital form and displays alarm information in real time according to the working situation; High brightness LED light emitting tube indicates the limit position of valve opening and closing.  
Control method
The remote switch signal is controllable (optional remote 4-20mA current signal control), and the local operation knob can adjust the position of the valve on site.  
status indicator
The relay contacts are used to indicate the switch limit and fault alarm of the valve (optional 4-20mA current signal output reflects the valve opening).  
No need to open the lid for debugging
The setting of working parameters and the adjustment of switch limits can be completed by operating the knob, without the need to open the electrical cover, which prevents harmful substances such as dust and moisture from entering the interior of the actuator, greatly improving the reliability of the electrical control part.

3、 Model specifications
Intelligent angular stroke electric actuators are divided into VJ switch type angular stroke actuators and VJM adjustment type angular stroke actuators.
The VJ switch type actuator is an intermittent working actuator, suitable for situations where the number of starts per hour does not exceed 60 times. The continuous working time of VJ switch type actuator is 15 minutes, and the ratio of continuous working time to gap time is 33.3%. If frequent activation of the actuator is required, please choose our company's VJM regulating actuator.
The VJM regulating actuator is a continuous regulating actuator that uses a solid-state relay without switch contacts to control the motor. It can achieve an action frequency of 1200 times/hour (excluding single-phase) and a 50% continuity rate of operation below the regulating torque. This series of actuators has higher positioning accuracy than the VJ switching actuator. The VJM regulating actuator can well meet the requirements of the vast majority of industrial fields for closed-loop automatic control loop execution units.
