Overview:
The PBQ double eccentric hemispherical valve adopts the eccentric principle to achieve the purpose of locking, adjusting, and closing through the transmission mechanism. The sealing pair is a metal surface ring hard surface contact seal. The double eccentric structure has a valve core located in the ball storage chamber when it is opened, with a large flow cross-section and the valve is not flushed. When it is closed, the valve core is not flushed. When it is opened, the spherical surface of the valve core gradually moves along the valve seat, effectively removing scaling obstacles and achieving reliable sealing. It is particularly effective for mixed flow transportation of two-phase mixed flow that is prone to scaling and solid precipitation.
The second characteristic of the valve is that the hemisphere is made of bimetallic material, and different alloys are deposited on the base metal. The valve seat is also deposited with corresponding special treatment, and the sealing surface is composed of various types such as anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and high-strength to meet the needs of different occasions,
The third characteristic is that sealing is strictly prohibited, and the transmission of harmful gases can achieve zero leakage,
The fourth feature is that the valve core of the sealing pair has a compensation amount. Main uses:
1. General purpose valve: Specification and model PN1.0-4.0Mpa, DN40-1200. Suitable for applications with strict requirements such as sewage treatment, pulp, urban heating, etc.
2. Oil chemical special valve: specification DN40-1200, PN1.0-4.0Mpa, suitable for various oil products such as crude oil and heavy oil, weak corrosion and two-phase mixed flow media in the chemical industry. The temperature resistance can reach 425 ℃.
3. Gas specific valve: Specification DN40-1200, PN1.0-4.0Mpa, suitable for transportation control of coal gas, natural gas, and liquefied gas. The product structure features a sealing pair welded with different chromium containing stainless steel, with tight sealing and corrosion resistance.
4. Slurry specific valve: specification DN40-1200, suitable for industrial pipeline transportation in liquid and solid two-phase mixed flow or liquid transportation where chemical reactions result in crystal precipitation or scaling. The product structure features different media and temperature requirements according to customer needs. The sealing secondary welding core is welded with chromium molybdenum vanadium alloy, and the valve seat is welded with chromium molybdenum vanadium alloy, chromium alloy, and stainless steel alloy welding rods to meet the needs of different slurry transportation.
5. Coal powder ash special valve: specification DN40-1200, suitable for controlling power plants, hydraulic slag removal, or gas transmission pipelines. The product requires wear resistance. The valve seat adopts integral wear-resistant No. 1 or full welding, and has the characteristics of a hard sealed ball valve.
Product Features:
