The LT-02 surface thermometer consists of a TM101 temperature display meter and a dual pin thermocouple probe. Used to measure the surface temperature of various metal materials, especially suitable for measuring the surface temperature of copper aluminum rods, tubes, shapes, rods, plates, strips and other materials in the copper aluminum processing industry.

Main Features

Compared with traditional spring-loaded surface thermometers, the LT-02 surface thermometer has the following characteristics:
*The two tips of the fast measuring head form a thermocouple through a conductive metal surface, which can immediately reach thermal equilibrium. As long as the contact is good, temperature measurement can be completed within 1-2 seconds. *The high accuracy is due to the fact that the temperature sensing point of the spring plate surface thermometer is about 0.2mm away from the surface of the object, and the temperature gradient near the surface of the high-temperature object is large, so its measurement value is relatively low. The temperature sensing point of the dual needle probe is located on the surface of the object, and its measurement value is more accurate.
*The long-life dual needle probe has no vulnerable parts, and all components are inside the aluminum handle. Its service life can be tens of times longer than that of spring plate instruments.
*The conductivity of the test sample is required to be rust free, uncoated, and have good conductivity on the surface of the tested part.
