Product Overview:
The TUD320 digital intelligent ultrasonic flaw detector adopts a color high-speed wide temperature industrial grade TFT-LCD liquid crystal display screen, leading the domestic technology design, with fast detection speed, high accuracy, and stable waveform. This instrument can be used for detecting internal defects in various materials, such as steel, copper, aluminum, castings and forgings, as well as metal welds, etc. It can effectively detect defects such as porosity, cracks, looseness, inclusions, lack of fusion, and lack of penetration. Widely used in in-service safety inspections, life assessments, quality control, and other fields such as aerospace, petrochemicals, metallurgy and power, railway transportation, boilers and pressure vessels, steel structures, and mechanical processing.

Convenient and universal - can freely set various industry inspection process standards, on-site inspection does not require carrying test blocks.
B-scan - can display the shape of workpiece defects, complete weld seam and workpiece profile display, making flaw detection more authoritative.
Printing function - directly drive the printer to print thickness reports and wave amplitude curves.
PC communication - direct upload of measurement data and system settings parameters, automatic generation of flaw detection reports.
