Working principle and structure of YCY14-1B pressure compensation variable displacement pump

YCY14-1B pressure compensation variable pump is a type of self controlled variable pump. From the structural diagram, it can be seen that the pressure oil enters the lower chamber d of the variable housing through channels a, b, c, and then enters channels f and h through channel e. When the force of the spring is greater than the hydraulic thrust entering the lower arc area of the servo piston through channel f, the servo piston is pressed at the lower end, and the pressure oil enters the upper chamber g through channel h, pushing the piston downwards. The variable head angle increases, and the pump flow rate increases. On the contrary, when the pressure of the pump overcomes the spring force and causes the servo piston to move upward, it blocks channel h, allowing chamber g to release pressure through channel i. At this time, the variable piston moves upward under the action of hydraulic pressure in the lower chamber d, the variable head angle decreases, and the pump flow rate decreases.
