The WSS series bimetallic thermometer is a field detection instrument suitable for measuring medium and low temperatures, which can be used to directly measure the temperature of gases, liquids, and vapors. This thermometer has the characteristics of waterproof, corrosion-resistant, vibration resistant, intuitive, easy to read, mercury free, sturdy and durable in terms of design principles and structure. It is widely used in industries and scientific research departments such as petroleum, chemical, machinery, ships, power generation, textile, printing and dyeing.
WSSZ shock resistant bimetallic thermometer features:
Mercury free, easy to read, sturdy and shock resistant.
The protective pipe material is 1Gr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and molybdenum titanium, with strong pressure resistance and anti-corrosion ability.
The core pulling thermometer can be maintained or replaced for a short period of time without stopping the machine.
There are complete varieties of axial, radial, 135 º, universal and other types, which are suitable for various on-site installation needs.
Usage and maintenance:
During the storage, installation, use, and transportation of WSS series bimetallic thermometers, it is advisable to avoid collisions with protective tubes and avoid using them Bending and deformation of the protective tube. During installation, it is strictly prohibited to twist the instrument housing.
2. The instrument should operate normally within an ambient temperature range of -30 ℃ to 80 ℃.
3. The temperature at which the instrument frequently operates should ideally be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the scale range.
