ZCB gear type automotive steering oil pump is the power source of the automotive power steering system. When the engine speed of a car changes, the output flow of the steering oil pump can be maintained at a stable value, which has the characteristics of a wide range of operating speeds, stable pressure with small pulsation, low noise, and small size. working principle
The ZCB gear type automotive steering oil pump supplies oil to the power steering system under the drive of the engine. As the engine speed changes, the flow rate through the throttle hole changes, causing the pressure difference at both ends of the throttle hole to change. This changes the force on the steady flow valve with the change of speed. When the speed of the steering oil pump exceeds a certain value (usually around 000 revolutions per minute), as the speed increases, the opening of the stabilizing valve gradually increases, and the overflow increases, so that the output of the steering oil pump has a relatively stable flow rate, which can maintain good stability of the steering wheel. When the external load exceeds the maximum pressure of the steering oil pump, the safety valve opens to unload, which can prevent system overload and protect the hydraulic steering system.
