The QCXB-III type lifting capacity limiter is a safety protection device that limits overloading of lifting machinery. This product adopts computer technology, has strong anti-interference ability, and is easy to install, use, and maintain. Compliant with GB-12062-90 standard.

The weight limiter consists of two main parts: an instrument box and sensors. Different forms and quantities of instrument boxes and sensors can be selected for different models of lifting machinery.

Pre alarm: When the rated load is ≥ 90%, an intermittent alarm sound will be emitted;
Delay alarm: When the rated load is ≥ 105%, a continuous alarm sound will be emitted, and the switch output will be delayed for 2 seconds. Used to cut off the power supply of the rising control circuit;
Immediate alarm: When the rated load is ≥ 120%, a continuous alarm sound will be emitted, and the switch value will be immediately output to cut off the power supply of the rising control circuit;
Instrument display mode: LED display, optional connection to large screen display;
Output switch contact capacity: AC380V, 4A
Signal connection method: 4 × 0.5 shielded cable can be used, or wireless data transmission module can be used for transmission;

Ordering reminder:
For ordinary standard bridge cranes, if the sensor is installed on one side of the lifting drum, it is recommended to use the QCXB series sensor. If the sensor is installed under the fixed pulley shaft, it is recommended to use the CL-YB-51 sensor.
If the sensors produced by our company are matched with the instruments produced by our company, the sensors are equipped with transmitters. The transmitter of QCXB type sensor is installed on the side of the sensor, and the transmitters of other types of sensors will be packaged in the junction box. Therefore, if the user purchases a sensor that is not matched with our company's instrument, the sensor will not be equipped with a transmitter; If the user purchases instruments from our company that are not compatible with our sensors, they will need to purchase a separate transmitter junction box.

If used for ordinary standard bridge cranes, please provide data such as the rated load capacity of the crane, wire rope ratio, center height of the bearing seat, and bearing seat aperture. If used for other types of lifting machinery, please provide the model specifications and quantity of the selected sensors, as well as relevant drawings and information on the installation location.
