1、 Purpose and scope of application:
The ZX28 series stainless steel resistors are suitable for circuits with AC 50 Hz, voltage up to 1140 volts, and DC voltage up to 1000 volts. They are mainly used for starting, regulating, and braking electric motors.
This series of resistors is widely used in metallurgy, mining, construction, ports, power, subway, institutional manufacturing, etc.
This resistor can reliably operate under normal working conditions specified in GB14048.1-93 and JB319-92.
The rated power of the resistor is 5.6KW.
The environmental pollution level around the installation location of the resistor is level 4, and the installation category is level III.

2、 Structural features:
The ZX28 series alloy plate-shaped resistor is supported by a steel plate frame at both ends, and is equipped with a mesh shaped resistor element made of stainless steel plate processed into a winding shape. There are holes on all four sides of the element for assembly use. Each element is separated and fixed on the rod by ceramic columns, and then connected in series or parallel circuits by spot welding and argon arc welding. The overall structural protection level is IP00, which can also be derived into protection levels such as IP10 through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
