VP photoelectric liquid level switch is a liquid level controller with simple structure, convenient use, safety and reliability. It uses infrared detection to avoid misoperation caused by interference from sunlight or light. It has a small volume, easy installation, and can be used with impurities or viscous liquids. The shell material is made of PC, so it is resistant to oil, water, and acid and alkali. It has been widely used in water/sewage treatment, papermaking, printing, generator equipment, petrochemicals, food, beverage, electrical engineering, dye industry, hydraulic machinery and other fields.

Working Principle:
By utilizing the principles of refraction and reflection of light, light will undergo reflection or refraction at the interface between two different media. When the measured liquid is at a high position, it forms an interface with the photoelectric switch. When the measured liquid is at a low position, air forms another interface with the photoelectric switch. These two interfaces result in different reflected light intensities received by the light receiving crystal inside the photoelectric switch, corresponding to two different switch states. As shown in the figure below
