1、 Overview:
The UQZ-71XS intelligent floating ball liquid level transmitter uses a magnetic levitation ball as the measuring element, and through magnetic coupling, the resistance inside the sensor changes linearly. The resistance change is converted into a 4-20mA standard current signal by an intelligent converter, and overlaid with a HART signal output or local LCD display. It can display the percentage of liquid level, 4-20mA current and liquid level value in the field, and can be remotely transmitted to the control room to achieve automatic detection, control and recording of liquid level. This instrument is suitable for measuring the liquid level of sewage treatment and various atmospheric and pressure vessels in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, light industry, and medicine, especially for measuring the liquid level of underground storage tanks and storage tanks.

2、 Main features:
In addition to the inherent characteristics of general level transmitters, the UQZ-71XS intelligent float level transmitter also has the following features:

4、 Structural principle:
The UQZ-71XS magnetic levitation ball liquid level transmitter consists of two parts: a liquid level sensor and an intelligent HART board (current converter). The float changes synchronously with the liquid level, controlling the suction and disconnection of the reed switch to make the resistance inside the sensor change linearly. The converter then converts the resistance change into a 4-20mA standard current signal and superimposes it with the HART digital signal output.
