The HGLD series static pressure liquid level transmitter (hereinafter referred to as the transmitter) adopts the most advanced electronic ceramic technology, with no intermediate liquid dry pressure measurement technology and thick film electronic technology design and manufacturing. Its key components are introduced with internationally advanced sensing diaphragms. Compared with the current diffusion silicon liquid level transmitter, it has two significant technical differences. Firstly, the measuring elements need to use emerging ceramic materials; Firstly, there is no intermediate liquid inside the measuring element, which is completely solid. Therefore, the HGLD series products have superior technical performance and are widely used for liquid level measurement in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, food, and water conservancy.
structural principle
The static pressure of the liquid medium directly acts on the sensing diaphragm, and the static pressure is proportional to the height of the measured liquid. The static pressure generated by the liquid level causes displacement of the measuring diaphragm. Normal pressure causes displacement of the diaphragm by 0.025mm. The capacitance change caused by the displacement of the diaphragm is detected, amplified, and converted into a standard signal output by an electronic component directly connected to it.
