The SB100A magnetic thin film magnetoresistance measuring instrument was developed in collaboration between Qianfeng Qiansi, the Department of Physics at the School of Applied Sciences, Beijing University of Science and Technology, and Beijing University of Science and Technology Tianyu Microelectronics Materials Technology Development Co., Ltd. It can be used for university physics education experiments and for testing and researching the magnetoresistance of magnetoresistance thin films and the resistance and resistivity of conductor/semiconductor/metal thin film materials.

SB100A is an improved version of the original SB100.

SB100A consists of four parts: magnetic field power supply SB119 stabilized power supply, SB118 precision DC voltage and current source, PZ158A DC digital voltmeter, and SB120 four probe coil sample platform.

Magnetic field power supply: SB119 DC stabilized power supply can generate 0-60V continuously adjustable voltage, with a maximum rated current of 5A output. Please refer to our company's product SB119 for details.
SB118 Voltage and Current Source: It is a 4/2 position voltage and current source that can output 5 µ V-50V, 5 adjustable voltages with a basic error of ± (0.1% RD+0.02% FS), and 1nA-100mA, 5 adjustable currents with a basic error of ± (0.03% RD+0.02% FS). PZ158A DC digital voltmeter: It is a precision instrument with a maximum resolution of 0.1 µ V and can measure 0-1000V DC current, with a maximum resolution of 6 ± 5 bits. The basic error of the basic range is ± (0.002% RD+0.0005% FS), as detailed in our product PZ158A.
SB120 coil sample platform: It consists of a chassis, a rotatable 360 º liner, a sample small platform on the chassis, and four probes placed on the sample small platform. Please refer to our company's product sample platform for details. The SB120/1 coil sample platform, also known as the Helmholtz magnetic field coil platform, consists of two coils of the same type fixed on both sides of the backing plate of the sample platform. The coil can rotate 360 degrees around the sample platform, and can generate a magnetic field of 0-150 Oersteds when the coil is energized at 0-60V/5A.
