8030/1 □~2 □ series factory explosion-proof master control purpose
It is used as a control contactor, relay, and light signal in circuits with AC frequency of 50Hz, voltage up to 660V, and DC voltage up to 250V. It can also be used to control small capacity AC motors and electrical equipment such as current indicators.
Introduction to Explosion proof Master Control Structure for 8030/1 □~2 □ Series Factory Use
The controller consists of a casing (cover, base) and supporting components of explosion-proof or increased safety type. The shell is an increased safety structure, made of high-strength flame-retardant plastic compression, with a beautiful appearance and excellent properties such as anti-static, impact resistance, good thermal stability, and corrosion resistance. The supporting components are fixed on the base, and the cover is equipped with protective covers for operating accessories or signal lights, as well as observation windows for ammeters. There is a sealing ring between the cover and the base, which is fixed relative to each other with stainless steel nails to ensure that the protection level of the shell reaches IP54.
Explosion proof control switch and control button, compact structure, good reliability, small size, high on/off capacity and service life indicators. The control button can form a pair of normally closed contacts and a pair of normally open contacts; Two pairs of normally closed contacts; Two pairs of normally separated contacts and three other combination forms (if the latter two forms are required, they should be specified when ordering). The control switch can form multiple contact types and operating positions of one to four pole contacts. In addition to the fourteen varieties listed in Table 4, special varieties are available.
Explosion proof signal lights consist of a light-emitting component and a power component. Reasonable structure, long service life, and low power consumption are advanced supporting components.
The range of the increased safety ammeter is divided into two types: 0-1A and 0-5A, and can display an overload current value of 5 times the range current. It is also equipped with a red adjustable pointer, which is used to indicate the current value of normal load for the operator to monitor the operation at any time.
