Purpose
The 8077/1 series factory explosion-proof travel switch is used in circuits with AC 50Hz, voltage up to 550V, and DC voltage up to 500V to reflect the travel of working machinery and control its direction or size of movement.

Structure Introduction
The 8077/1 series factory explosion-proof travel switch consists of a housing (shell, cover), a transmission head, and an explosion-proof micro switch. The shell is an increased safety structure, made of lightweight aluminum alloy with a magnesium content of no more than 0.5% by die-casting. The surface is coated with epoxy powder, which has a beautiful appearance and excellent performance such as impact resistance. The microswitch is fixed inside the housing, and the transmission head is installed at the upper end of the housing to achieve the opening or closing of the switch contacts with the rotation of the lever or the movement of the top rod. There is a sealing ring between the cover and the housing, which is fastened with stainless steel screws to ensure that the protection level of the housing reaches IP54.

The rated insulation voltage of the travel switch is AC 500 volts, and the agreed heating current is 10 amperes. The other basic parameters are specified in Table 1 and Table 2.
