8575/1 series explosion-proof plug device for factory use
The 8575/1 series factory explosion-proof plug-in device is used to connect portable and fixed electrical equipment in circuits with AC 50Hz, voltage up to 660V, and DC voltage up to 220V.
Structure Introduction
The 8575/1 series factory explosion-proof plug device consists of two parts: a socket and a plug. The socket mainly consists of a shell, a flameproof control switch, a flameproof socket for plugging (which is composed of several plug sets embedded in insulating components and encapsulated with poured resin), a wiring board for cable connection, a interlocking mechanism, and a lead device. The plug is mainly composed of an explosion-proof plug rod, plug rod bracket, wiring bracket, and lead device corresponding to the shell and explosion-proof socket. The above-mentioned shells are all of increased safety structure, made of high-strength flame-retardant plastic compression, with beautiful appearance and excellent properties such as anti-static, impact resistance, good thermal stability, and corrosion resistance. There is a sealing ring between the shell, cover, and bottom plate, which is fastened with stainless steel screws to ensure that the protection level of the shell reaches IP54.
The socket is equipped with a mechanical interlocking mechanism, which is achieved through gears and movable gear pins. After inserting the plug, use the protrusion on the end face of the plug housing to push the gear pin into the groove on the gear, so that the gear can rotate freely. The handle moves the switch through the gear, and at the same time, the long slot on the gear slides into the plug protrusion to lock the plug. Therefore, after the switch is turned on, the plug cannot be pulled out. The socket also has an electrical interlock.
For plug-in devices with different operating voltages, the position of the grounding sleeve (pole plug) should be changed so that they cannot be interchanged, and color codes should be used to distinguish them on the housing.
Explosion proof control switch, with compact structure, good reliability, small size, high on/off capacity and lifespan indicators, is an advanced supporting component.
