Introduction to EX80 series plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter
Used for conductive liquids, suitable for pipe diameters of 25-100mm. EX82 is suitable for pipe diameters of 150-250mm. E83 plug-in stainless steel electromagnetic flowmeter, suitable for 300mm pipe diameter. Due to the absence of moving parts, plug-in electromagnetic flow meters are highly suitable for corrosive environments and difficult applications, such as those involving viscous changes and pulsating flow. The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is particularly recommended for measuring the flow rate of pneumatic diaphragm pumps.
The EX80 series plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter adopts modular and universal design, with current pulse output, which can be combined with appropriate transmitters or indicators according to the application situation. When 4-20mA analog output is required to display flow rate and total flow rate, FT420 (with pulse and 4-20mA output) can be used. As long as the 4-20mA analog output is available, A055 (no display, 4-20mA converter) can be directly installed on the flowmeter. If the EX80 series plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is used together with a programmable controller, the output signal can be directly fed without any other conditions.
The EX80 series plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter requires specialized installation accessories because it is not depth adjustable like the EX100/200 series. Specialized installation accessories ensure correct depth positioning within the pipe.
