The JDK300 electromagnetic flow converter and sensor can be assembled as a single unit or separately installed as separate units, used for measuring the volumetric flow rate of liquids with conductivity greater than 5 μ s/cm.
The converter provides stable pulsating excitation current to the excitation coil of the sensor. The sensor generates a signal that reflects the flow rate. After amplification, rectification, and anti-interference circuits, it outputs a DC current signal that is linearly related to the flow rate. When paired with a downstream instrument, it achieves instantaneous display, recording, integration, and adjustment of the flow rate.
