The WMP series plastic electromagnetic flowmeter is used for flow rate and utilization monitoring applications with 1-inch or 2-inch pipe diameters. The polyethylene flow pipe of WMP electromagnetic flowmeter can resist the corrosion of many chemicals. The WMP electromagnetic flowmeter is lightweight, with a clamp on flange that is easy to install and disassemble from pipelines for inspection. There are multiple adapters available to assemble the electromagnetic flowmeter into various pipeline installation structures.
The WMP series electromagnetic flowmeter has no moving parts and does not block water flow, minimizing water flow interference, so only a short straight pipe section is required. The WMP series electromagnetic flowmeter can be used in pipeline structures with only a small space between the flowmeter and bends or valves. The WMP series electromagnetic flowmeter can resist the wear and tear of sand and debris in groundwater or surface water. Due to the absence of bearing and impeller wear, downtime, maintenance, and repair costs can be kept to a minimum. Due to the absence of mechanical components in the water flow, the WMP series electromagnetic flowmeter allows for high flow rates without damage.
The WMP series electromagnetic flowmeter comes with a hinged, opaque polyethylene cover that can prevent dust and ultraviolet radiation, while also providing easy access to LCD flow rate and total flow displays. The electronic component housing of the electromagnetic flowmeter is made of sturdy powder coated die cast aluminum. The flowmeter can be assembled with cross drilled screws and sealed steel wires to prevent tampering. The flow rate and total flow displayed on the flowmeter can be measured in multiple units selected by the user and preset by the factory.
The WMP series electromagnetic flowmeter is used to track flow rate and total flow in utilization monitoring applications, including well water, industrial wastewater, heap leaching and leaching mining emissions, cooling tower loss measurement, lawn and landscape applications, as well as other water reuse operations, in accordance with management requirements. When the DC loses power or the battery charges, the electromagnetic flowmeter can maintain its internal settings and total flow rate.
The WMP101 electromagnetic flowmeter is powered externally through a 5-pin connector, and the power cord also provides pulse output for various displays and controllers for remote reading, data recording, pulse to analog conversion, and telemetry applications.
The WMP104 electromagnetic flowmeter is battery powered and does not require pulse output for use. Users can replace the battery, which has a continuous lifespan of approximately 1 year or longer (depending on the duty cycle).
