The WMX101 series flange electromagnetic flowmeter can ideally replace the original mechanical turbine or propeller flowmeter. Due to the absence of rotors that stop rotating or bearings that wear out, the WMX series industrial electronic flow meters essentially do not require maintenance, especially when debris or sand may clog most mechanical electromagnetic flow meters. The WMX101 series flange type electromagnetic flowmeter only requires the shortest straight pipe operation requirement and is suitable for situations where the distance between the flowmeter and the elbow is small.

The electronic components of the WMX101 series flange type electromagnetic flowmeter are sealed in a NEMA 4X aluminum housing, with a 2-line LCD display screen that can clearly display flow rate and total flow rate. WMX industrial electromagnetic flowmeter has solid-state pulse output and can be connected to various devices, such as FT420 remote display PLC、 Telemetry system and data logger. If a flow meter needs to output a 4-20mA signal, a pulse to analog converter can be added. The WMX101 industrial electromagnetic flowmeter is powered by an external 12-24VDC source, and its low power requirements can be powered by solar energy. The electromagnetic flowmeter includes a shielded power/pulse output cable connected to DIN. The display housing of WMX industrial electromagnetic flowmeter has tamper proof function.

The standard WMX electromagnetic flowmeter displays units in US gallons and cannot be changed on-site. When ordering, you can specify the required display units, flow rate: MGD million gallons per day, CFM cubic feet, L/min liters per minute, flow rate: cubic feet, cubic meters, megaliters.
