Overview
The LPGY type degassing filter, as an auxiliary device for flow measurement, is mainly used to filter out particulate impurities contained in the measured liquid, and can separate and remove gases from the measured liquid. In most cases, the tested liquid will contain various impurities and gases to varying degrees. These impurities and gases entering the flowmeter will affect its measurement accuracy. Therefore, in flow measurement systems, especially high-precision flow measurement systems, the air purification filter is an indispensable auxiliary equipment.
Work quantity
When the liquid enters the degassing filter, it first collides with the partition to disperse the liquid flow. The liquid and gas rise along the partition to the top of the shell and form a gas phase space. With the continuous expansion of the gas phase space, the liquid interface continues to descend, and the floating ball descends under its own weight, driving the valve stem to move, causing the auxiliary valve to open first and expel some gas. If the gas volume is greater than the gas discharged from the auxiliary valve, the float will continue to descend, driving the valve stem to open the main valve and release a large amount of gas. At this point, the liquid gas interface gradually rises. First, close the auxiliary valve, and the float gradually rises to close the main valve. Repeatedly achieving the purpose of exhaust.
