Structure and characteristics:
The ZYB-B adjustable high-pressure fuel gear pump is an improved version of the original ZYB oil extraction pump. The main components are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials, which have high strength and hardness after heat treatment. Multiple innovative hydraulic balance technologies are adopted in the structure, which enables the pump to have unique performance such as high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, and long holding time during high-pressure operation.

This pump is equipped with an adjustable gear end clearance structure. When the working pressure of the pump decreases after a certain period of operation, the external fine adjustment structure on the pump cover can be used to adjust the gear end clearance inside the pump, so as to restore the working pressure of the pump, and can be adjusted several times. Therefore, its service life is 5-10 times longer than that of general gear pumps, which is a pioneering technology in high-pressure injection combustion of impure combustion oil in China and has reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.

Scope of application and main purposes:
This type of pump is suitable for conveying medium with a temperature not exceeding 200 ℃, viscosity not exceeding 1500mm2/s, heavy oil, diesel, coal tar, and other low-grade and inferior combustion oils containing non-metallic impurities. Specially suitable for fuel injection applications in the petroleum, chemical, grain and oil, building materials, daily chemical, road construction, power, and asphalt mixing plant sectors and industries. It is also more suitable for situations that require stable work pressure and long-term continuous work, such as strong lubrication systems.
