The active shaft of the pump is supported by an additional oil containing shaft sleeve and lubricated with HG-24 saturated cylinder oil through an oil cup.
The pump is equipped with connecting heads with conical pipe threads on both sides for connecting the inlet pipeline position, and the conical pin is made with internal threads for easy disassembly; The sealing paper pad is also used to adjust the axial clearance of the gear, which is specified as a one-way clearance between 0.05-0.08mm.

This pump is equipped with a safety valve, which has been set to a working pressure of 1-+0.05mpa and sealed with lead at the factory.
During operation, the medium enters the suction chamber and is pressed into the discharge chamber and flows out through the rotation of the gear; Adjusting the handwheel can change the output flow rate. When the handwheel is rotated to the right, the safety valve is pushed open, and the pump loses output pressure and stops discharging; When the handwheel is rotated to the left, the safety valve will resume its function and the medium will output normally.
This pump is mainly used for pumping, transporting, and spraying high-temperature asphalt (residual oil) liquids. It is most suitable for asphalt (residual oil) spraying operations in construction projects such as roads and squares. It can also be used for pumping and transporting non-volatile, low flash point petroleum products at room temperature, such as various engine oils, mechanical oils, and heavy oils.
