The BSY-124 saponification value analyzer consists of a constant temperature bath, a conical flask, a straight reflux condenser tube, and micro titration. This saponification value tester is produced by introducing advanced technology from Japan and complies with GB/T8021 "Determination of saponification value of petroleum products". It is suitable for determining the content of saponifiable components in petroleum products under test conditions. A known quantitative sample is dissolved in butanone, heated together with a quantitative potassium hydroxide ethanol solution, excess alkali is titrated with hydrochloric acid standard solution, and its saponification value is calculated.
