Purpose:
The SYD-2806H fully automatic asphalt softening point tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T4507 "Determination of Softening Point of Petroleum Asphalt". It is suitable for measuring the softening point of various types of asphalt such as road petroleum asphalt, coal tar asphalt, liquid petroleum asphalt, etc. It is the preferred instrument for asphalt production enterprises, highway and bridge construction units, and relevant colleges, universities, and research institutions.

The SYD-2806H fully automatic asphalt softening point tester is an upgraded product of our company's SYD-2806F and SYD-2806G fully automatic asphalt softening point testers. This instrument adopts full computer control, electronic photoelectric measurement, LCD display, and micro printer to automatically print test results. This instrument also has the characteristics of temperature heating linearity, uniform stirring of bath solution, and the ability to test four samples simultaneously, automatically detecting the softening point of the samples. High degree of automation, fast and convenient testing, reliable testing results, and high testing efficiency make it an intelligent instrument for testing the softening point of asphalt.
