CK30 series valve driver

CK30 series linear actuator (driver), suitable for use with VA series DN25-DN65 regulating valves with two-way and three-way connections.

Model Description

CK31: Floating state control.
CK32: Standard signal control, capable of accepting 0-10V or 4-20mA control signals, and providing feedback of 0-10V valve position voltage signals, providing proportional control.

Working Principle

The driver is driven by a reversible synchronous motor and equipped with a magnetic clutch. The motor can generate stable torque even when stopped due to the magnetic interaction between the motor rotor and clutch. Therefore, when there is no current passing through the motor, it can stably stop at any point. When the valve is fully open or fully closed, the magnetic clutch disengages and stops adjusting. The floating or proportional control signal of the controller can cause the motor to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
