BP-300/500 type stabilizing resistor

This variable resistor is specifically designed for use with ZPG61000 multi head DC arc welding machines and welding machines with a power supply voltage not exceeding 60 volts. By connecting the variable resistor to the welding circuit without changing the voltage at the end of the arc welding generator, the required step-down external characteristics of the arc power source can be obtained. Varistors can be segmented to adjust welding current.

structure
The variable resistor has five segments of resistance, which can be connected to the arc welding machine circuit through a knife switch. By combining the knife switches, the required welding current value can be achieved. The variable resistor resistor element is made by winding Xinkang copper tape around a ceramic resistor skeleton, and is connected to the switch holder and terminal post of the panel through a conductive busbar
