Structural Description
The WTD series water pump is a coaxial mechanical seal single-stage vortex pump that uses hard alloy as the friction pair for mechanical sealing, with a long service life and good sealing performance. The impeller is installed on the motor shaft extension, which can slide freely and automatically adjust the running clearance between the two end faces. The pump shaft is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, and the impeller is made of materials such as ZQSn6-6-3 tin bronze. Pump installation
1. The WTD series water pump has no self-priming ability. The liquid level in the inlet container should be higher than the center of the pump. When the liquid level is lower than the center of the pump, a bottom valve should be installed at the bottom of the suction port to ensure that there is enough liquid in the pump before starting. The suction pipe should be shortened as much as possible and the inlet should be minimized to reduce suction resistance.
2. The connection between the suction pipeline and the pump must be sealed to prevent air from entering and affecting the performance of the water pump.
3. A check device should be installed at the outlet of the pump to prevent high-temperature liquid from flowing back into the pump and damaging the seal.
4. Support points should be set up for the inlet and outlet pipes to prevent the pump from deforming due to excessive weight.
5. To absolutely prevent the motor from getting damp, a thermal relay should be installed at the power switch to promptly cut off the power supply in case of overload. The motor must be properly grounded to prevent accidents.
