Overview

The TWZB slurry pump is a new generation of slurry pump series products developed based on the principle of non clogging pumps. The pump adopts advanced dual channel impellers and various fibers from abroad, with good particle passing performance, non clogging, and a wide range of slurry concentration. It can be processed through cotton pulp, wood pulp, various particles, sewage and garbage, etc. Compared with the ZBJ pulp pump, it has a long service life, significant energy-saving effect, and efficiency can be improved by 10-15%. For example, the overcurrent part is made of ZG1CR18Ni9Ti and ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti materials, which can be used to transport pipelines containing corrosive liquids below 200 ℃, replacing traditional lining pumps. Mainly used for conveying various pulp materials such as pulp, paper, and chemical fibers, as well as for the treatment of three wastes. The concentration can reach 2-5%, and with a special impeller, the concentration can reach around 8%.
