The HK type heavy-duty series slurry pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its size and performance comply with DIN24256/ISO2858 standards.

The HK type high-efficiency slurry pump adopts a semi open rear impeller, which has good anti clogging performance, high efficiency, low pressure at the sealing point, and reliable sealing.
The pump shaft adopts a heavy-duty structure, which increases the reliability of the pump.
Suitable for conveying media containing solid particles such as starch, slurry, crystal slurry, salt slurry, etc. at -40 ℃ to 160 ℃ in industries such as refining, starch, monosodium glutamate, vitamin C, petroleum, chemical, polyester, sugar, paper, pulp, etc.

Flow rate Q:~200m3/h; Head H:~160m; Maximum working pressure P: 2.5 MPa; Suitable for viscosity within 300cp.
According to the characteristics and corrosiveness of the conveyed medium, the following manufacturing materials can be selected for the overcurrent components of the pump: 1 Cr18Ni9Ti、1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、304、304L、316、316L、CD4MCu、 Alloy 20, CB-7Cu, XY-8 alloy, and other materials selected by the user.
