The NT series logo detection photoelectric switch is a new product that has been redesigned based on the original Z3N series. The internal circuit and optical structure are more reasonable, and the product performance is more stable.
The NT series logo detection photoelectric switch scans the surface of the object being tested through its own emitted light source. The amount of reflected light varies due to different surface colors, thus achieving recognition of color markings.
Coaxial optical path design has stronger adaptability to high reflectivity paper surfaces such as aluminum foil.
The NT-GW32 series logo detection photoelectric switch has multiple light sources such as blue, green, and red to choose from, which brings convenience to distinguish various colors.

2. Operation steps
By setting the photoelectric switch, the detection distance meets the requirements. Based on the packaging paper you use, refer to the light source selection guide table below to determine the switch light source (taking green as an example), and then decide the output mode of bright or dark according to your mechanical needs. Finally, adjust the sensitivity according to the following three steps (using the output brightness mode, packaging marked as light color, and background marked as dark color as an example).
(1) Move the packaging paper so that the projection light falls on the back area after the mark, reverse the sensitivity to the bottom, and then slowly rotate clockwise until the indicator light is just on. Remember the position of the potentiometer (point A) at this time.
(2) Move the packaging paper again so that the projection point falls in the center of the mark. At this point, the indicator light will turn on. Then slowly rotate the adjustment knob counterclockwise until the indicator light just goes out. Remember the position of the knob at this time (point B).
(3) After completing the above two steps correctly, turn the potentiometer to the middle C position between points A and B, and the adjustment is complete. A. The larger the distance between point B, the greater the color difference and the more stable the detection. But points A and B should be at least one space apart, otherwise the detection will be unstable.

4. Notes
1. Before powering on, it is necessary to check whether the power supply used complies with DC12-24V ± 10%, with a maximum of 40V, otherwise it may damage the photoelectric switch.
2. To ensure high stability testing, two points must be ensured: first, the detection distance meets the specified rated detection distance. For example, if the detection distance is 12 ± 2mm, it must be set to 12mm during installation, so that the switch can have a stable anti vibration zone of up and down 4mm. When the detection distance is 10mm, the anti vibration zone of the switch is greatly reduced.; The second is to strictly adjust the sensitivity according to the operating steps. And every time the packaging materials are changed, they should be readjusted.
3. During installation, strong light should be prevented from directly entering the optical lens or appropriate shading measures should be taken.
4. The temperature, humidity, vibration, impact, and other corrosive gases in the working environment may affect the operation of the photoelectric switch. Please try to eliminate these effects as much as possible.
5. Pay attention to the cleanliness of optical lenses and try to avoid installing them upright to reduce dust.
6. If this product cannot function normally within one year due to non-human factors, the original can be sent back to our factory, and we will be responsible for replacing it with a new one.
