The 77/78-31200 series pneumatic soft seal butterfly valve is a new generation of regulating valve product designed and developed by our factory after absorbing and digesting advanced butterfly valve manufacturing technology from abroad. This series of products has the advantages of reliable sealing performance, large circulation capacity, long service life, small size, and light weight, and can be widely used in automation control in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power station, metallurgy, and light industry.

The main features of the 77/78-31200 series pneumatic soft seal butterfly valve are:
1. The butterfly plate adopts a double eccentric structure, which can ensure that the butterfly plate is detached from the valve seat at the moment of opening, reducing the friction between the butterfly plate and the valve seat.
2. The valve seat adopts a lip shaped flexible structure, which can compensate for temperature and pressure changes and achieve bidirectional sealing.
3. There are two pressure levels: ANSI Class 150 and ANSI Class 300. In ANSI Class 150 pressure rating, 2-1/2 "to 30" adopts a clamped structure, and 36 "adopts a flanged single flange structure. In ANSI Class 300 pressure rating, 3 "to 24" all adopt a clamp type structure.
4. The butterfly valve sealing structure has two types: standard type and fireproof type. The fireproof sealing structure meets the fire performance requirements of API607.
5. The actuator adopts imported gear and rack type dual piston pneumatic actuators, with two types of single acting and double acting. This actuator has the advantages of small size, light weight, large output torque, and long service life.
