1、 Main technical features
1. The SYD-0165A vacuum distillation range tester (digital display type) consists of a distillation flask heating furnace, a heating power regulator, a receiver measuring cylinder receiver and its air bath temperature control system, a vacuum system, a vacuum pressure gauge, a lighting system, a heating furnace cooling device, and other parts.
2. Using high-precision digital vacuum pressure gauge instead of U-tube pressure gauge to display the residual pressure value of the vacuum system in digital form, saving mercury filling and making the reading intuitive and convenient.
3. The high-precision digital vacuum pressure gauge has two display units, which can be switched between mmHg and kPa units through buttons.
4. Using high-quality vacuum pumps, the vacuum extraction is fast and meets the requirements of SH/TO165-92 "Determination of High Boiling Point Range Petroleum Products by High Vacuum Distillation" test.
5. Adopting quartz tube electric heating furnace, it is durable and has a long service life. The heating power is continuously adjustable and stepless, making it easy to use.
6. The air bath is kept at a constant temperature and equipped with lighting, making it easy to observe the distillate and provide accurate readings.
