The SYD-0609 Asphalt Rotating Film Oven (Type 82) is designed and produced in accordance with the requirements of T0609-1993 "Asphalt Film Heating Test" in the industry standard JTJ052-2000 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China. It is suitable for measuring the quality loss of asphalt film after heating and, as needed, determining the changes in properties such as penetration, softening point, brittle point, and ductility of asphalt residue after heating the asphalt film to evaluate the aging resistance of asphalt.

1、 Main technical features
1. The outer body is composed of thin steel plates, and the upper half is a fully stainless steel workshop with double doors, with a glass window in the center. Equipped with lighting indoors, it is convenient to observe the reading of the thermometer inside the studio from the outside during the measurement.
2. The heating device is installed at the bottom of the studio and uses natural convection to heat the air. Uniformly heat the working chamber through the upper, lower, and back air ducts.
3. There is a turntable in the center of the studio that can hold four asphalt sample dishes. It is driven by a motor and rotates at a speed of 5.5 revolutions per minute.
4. The temperature control adopts intelligent instruments to ensure compliance with the test procedure requirements of 163 ℃± 0.5 ℃.
