The SYD-4508F asphalt elongation tester is designed according to the requirements of T0605 "Asphalt Ductility Test" in the Chinese standard GB/T4508 "Determination of Ductility of Petroleum Asphalt" and the Chinese industry standard JTJ052 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering". It is suitable for measuring the length of petroleum asphalt when it is stretched to fracture at a certain speed under specified conditions and temperature according to the methods specified in GB/T4508 or JTJ052-T0605 standards, expressed in cm.

1、 Main technical features
1. Adopting a humanized design concept, there are no screws, guide rails, or other devices in the test slot, making sample installation extremely convenient. The novel transmission design ensures smooth and synchronized stretching throughout the entire process, with uniform speed, no shaking, and precise elongation display. The maximum stretching length is 2.0 meters.
2. Using microcomputer control technology, the test results are automatically printed by a micro printer, which has an RS-232 standard interface and can communicate with a computer.
3. Equipped with a force measuring device, one of the samples undergoes both elongation testing and tensile testing simultaneously.
